I appreciated the doctor taking the time to speak to me explain things without making me feel like I was bothering him. He was personable, professional and appeared to genuinely care.

I met with him and he had an intern with him. Answered all my questions and added some things for me that were helpful re: arthritis. Wouldn't hesitate to see him again. Set up an additional blood test fo me which took place in the office itself so it only took an additional 10 minutes after my appointment with Dr. Coan ended. I thought the appointment was helpful.

The front desk ladies were very prompt and friendly. The MA was super! He was exceptionally friendly and caring. Dr. Coen was so prompt and attentive. I do believe he is the best doctor I have ever seen. He was so thorough and really listened to me. He decided to run a complete panel of bloodwork to try to find what is really going on with me. I felt like Dr. Coen really cared about me and what I was going through.

I like Dr. Coan a lot. He spends time with me and answers my questions. I have a Ph.D. I've been told, I can be a difficult patient due to my need for answers. I ask several questions that other patients may not ask. Dr. Coan is always patient with me and answers my inquiries. Why what, where, how, when ... I trust him! That is the highest compliment/recommendation I can give to any clinician that I believe knows what he/she is doing and has a good bedside manner,.
