List of Frontier Behavioral Health's Reviews
When i started here i was very direct about a brain injury that affects my memory and stated i need reminders for every appointmwnt due to this. I would get my reminder after the appointment was missed in the form of telling me i missed an appointment. Not once did i receive an appointment reminder prior to my appointment. When I was told I needed a full psychological evaluation by a disability physician, I asked my therapist here and she dropped me as a patient instead. She declined the testing due to my attendance being below 80% and would not accept any responsibility for that even though I never received a reminder for a single appointment. To add more injury, she called me refusing to fill out paperwork required by DSHS. So now i will be losing benefits thanks to this company. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AND I HOPE THEY GET SHUT DOWN. To my therapist Katrina, you are not a good person. You don't just drop someone who needs help and who is asking g for help and then cause them to lose much needed benefits for people and their children. I hope you rot.
When I call them to get help with my girlfriend's mental disorder they are unable to do so I have called over 12 times they have came here several times and it's just to the point where this isn't being taken as serious as it is I have reached out to the BBB and to the state of Washington
They have this worst entry into treatment for adult evaluation I've ever experienced in my life. They don't have consistent staffing to handle the bare minimum of walk in appointments that is the only option they offer for evaluation. I've shown up at 730 am to wait an hour then be told they wouldn't be able to see me until late into the afternoon n that was a maybe. n I was the third person waiting in the building. They offered to do zoom which I accepted but was never called back for a zoom meeting... I've now spent the next day calling in n waiting n now an additional third day calling in and waiting. The staff made it sound like you'd just be waiting a little longer for a call back later in the day. But what they ment was if they have noone else in the lobby to see, and no appointments for hospital or children then they call people for zoom. So it's unlikely you will be called. They have no options to try and meet anyone halfway by scheduling or even being able to be seen when you show up like they ask right when they open.. If you have other options besides this place. Do your nerves a favor and run in the opposite direction because not even the staff knows how many counselors will be doing evaluations on any given day so they can't tell you from 1 hour to 8 hours if they will be able to see you that day.. You have to wait there on wait til they call you n if you were unable to answer their call but called them back immediately they're sorry but they have to continue down the list and can't help you.
They don't help when you really need it and they discharge you when you still are asking for help. All they do is type on their computer the whole time your in session. This place should be shut down!
This is the worst program I have ever seen I came here from Texas. I'm tran-male and autistic when I came up here I was told That if I wanted to be in special needs classes at scc I needed to have my autism test Done at this program instead they missed Diagnosed me with multi personality disorder. That's about you in its new name. That was three years ago and I've been trying to get it to the right Diagnosis, but instead they keep ignoring me and keep trying to treat me for multipers personality disorder. I don't know what to do and I still haven't been able to go to school
Took them almost 4 months to get my EMDR started. So much paperwork it felt like being admitted to multiple hospitals. My counselor never pays much attention & is always looking around the room & doing stuff on her computer. I don’t think she’s even listening to my trauma. Horrible support & lack of guidance. I have 2 counselors here & both are not much help. Too bad they’re one of the only places that now takes Medicare/medicaid.
What a joke clown town
Scott Wigton displays the exact opposite values that this company should uphold. Disgusting person and should not be allowed to work in this profession.
Called me 20 before my son's appointment that I waited a month or longer to get him some counseling and said they had a emergency and had to reschedule again another month out. I don't recommend this place for anyone that has a life and works and has to juggle things. So now we have waited two months for nothing. I will not be using this place id rather just wait until the other clinics open up a reliable dependable councilor spot for my son.
This place doesn't provide adequate or compassionate care.they withdrew all care and medication from my daughter without tapering off the medication as prescribed on literature as a result my daughter took her own life.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
