I love it at frontier behavioral health they're very nice people
I thought I was losing control of my life after a work accident, Maddie helped my life drastically since we have been meeting, if you buy in to the doctors they will help you. Robert Hannum.
I had an appointment with Dr. Aaron Roberts for medication management. The conversation started off well, but it ended on a very negative note. I have had three alcohol-related driving charges: two were dismissed, and the third was reduced to reckless driving. I completed mandatory rehab as part of the process—successfully completing the first program, which is why I was listed as a Level 1 for the first case and Level 0 for the others. These charges were ultimately unfounded, which is why two were dismissed. The only reason I pursued further treatment was because I prefer comprehensive care, such as treatment centers and counseling, over simply taking a UA. I had already disclosed this information prior to our meeting. I’ve been working on getting my life and mind right for years, but Dr. Roberts said he doesn’t feel comfortable prescribing any stimulants due to my history of driving-related charges. I’ve previously tried one stimulant medication, and when that didn’t work as expected, I tried a few non-stimulants. Unfortunately, none of those worked either, and as a result, I haven’t been on any medication for over a year. This is why I sought to revisit stimulant options as a potential solution. However, Dr. Roberts dismissed my request outright, citing my history, without fully considering my current circumstances or my efforts to overcome past challenges. What bothers me most is that Dr. Roberts seems to lump every patient with any kind of history into the same category, assuming the worst without taking the time to consider their progress or individual circumstances. I know many people who go to this clinic may struggle with drug use, but I’ve made it clear that I’ve worked hard to overcome my challenges and maintain a healthy lifestyle. By failing to take my efforts into account, he showed a lack of professionalism and compassion. This “one size fits all” approach is harmful and dismissive of patients like me who are doing everything possible to improve their lives. I rarely drink, don’t smoke cigarettes or weed, and focus on healthy habits like hitting the gym and attending school. For a doctor to outright refuse to prescribe medication that could significantly help without fully reviewing my circumstances is not only unfair but unprofessional. I also informed him that while I have a pattern of alcohol-related driving infractions, none were substantiated, and my most recent infraction does not make it unsafe to prescribe this type of medication. As a patient, I deserve to be treated as an individual, with my progress and commitment to a healthy lifestyle taken into account. For a doctor to make a decision based on assumptions instead of facts or context is disappointing and discouraging. It shows a lack of diligence, empathy, and consideration for the people they are supposed to help. Patients go to doctors seeking care and support, not to be unfairly judged or dismissed. Dr. Roberts’ approach reflects poorly on his ability to provide personalized care and undermines the trust and respect that should exist in a doctor-patient relationship.
The waiting room is set up like the DMV, so I hope you like airing all your information out to everybody in there. Then, you get to wait with no indication of a time frame. Want to make an appointment? It's not possible, apparently. EDIT: They came to my house with the police. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.
My 12 your old daughter started to see the MRSS though Frontier. People would only talk to her not us parents. They would tell her the times and not talk to us. They would just stop by my house and take my kid on walks. It just felt wrong. It was creepy. We got her into different services and canceled Frontier. The next day CPS was at our door. The whole time we had service everything was fine. It 100% feel like retaliation. I will never use them again.
If you're seeking mental health professionals don't contact their services. They'll probably make it worse. A intake person made an evolution, took her time getting back to me and lyed saying she tried to call me tell me and I wasn't excepted In there program but there was nothing on my phone saying she called
It's a place where people can go & not be judged & talk about ur problems & issues u may be dealing with I have a great therapist & I really like having that kind support when I'm desperately needing it, "Thank U" to all the staff who work there ur all very kind, respectful, caring & helpful I do appreciate everything u have help me with, ever since I started going there. 💞💕💞💕💞💕💞💕💞💕
Reanna Thompson is amazing!
Place is alright but going there is VERY dangerous as both routes take me through the druggiesville
If I could give zero stars I would. Your staff is incompetent, rude, and jeopardizes the health and safety of the community. We have receptionists hanging up on people who are suicidal and not wanting or attempting to help. They don’t want to answer the phones and when they do it’s incredibly short and they have an attitude. Their management needs to have a discussion on the matter and chose better people for their staff because you will have a law suit on your hands if you have your staff hanging up on the community when they need help. Pick a different career if you have a problem with what your job duties.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
