Every therapist I've had here has done ONE meeting then when the next appointment comes, they suddenly no longer work with the company

After a few years with frontier, I have a motto: low-quality service for low-income patients. Some practitioners here are kind and empathetic, and others are abrasive and disrespectful. There is no real standard for what experience or qualifications one needs to hold a position, which results in a dice-roll for what kind of service your going to get. As for the actual treatment, its pretty bare bones. If you can google Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and meditation you’ll know just about as much as anyone there. To give an idea of the varieties of service, I had one practitioner who “didn’t understand the LGBT thing”, one who said they “didn't have talk therapy”, one who broke HIPPA and then disappeared, one who would rant about their family life to me, and several who would operate under the assumption their patients can’t make decisions themselves and assumed everyone who walked through their doors was having a psychotic episode. Of course there were many sweet people here who genuinely want to help you despite their painful lack of resources. But it seems most people who work there have grown distrusting through poor experiences with unstable clients. In summary, disadvantaged individuals, seniors, those on disability, on government insurance; they deserve quality health care to.

It's been a while since I was here but I'm reviewing now because every time I think about my experience here it makes me mad. I'm sorry if there are great people working here but the people I spoke to were not helpful at all, one of them seemed very inexperienced and the other I never felt was actually listening to me, constantly forgot things we had discussed, and felt very condescending at times, and on top of that I was misdiagnosed multiple times. I've spoken to many different people regarding my issues and this was my worst experience so far, I actually feel that my mental health was made worse going here.

I'm trying to get in to get some help, and so far I'm getting nothing but the run around. I'm not off to a good start with these people. They need to do better! Edit: its been since yesterday morning, going on closing and STILL no results!! I'm about to give up!

This is the worst place to go because I don't think it's helping me anymore and I'm thinking about cancelling my appointment for counseling I'm never going anymore for counseling at this place 😭😭😭😭😭😭👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👋👎

this place is a good choice for mental health. the counselor Brandy is great. she gets 5 stars in my book. easy to talk to inteligent and she seems to actually care about people. I could point out a few goofy things about the place itself, like where it actually is or even the pictures on the walls. but I've formed my opinion already I'll let you do the same. 5 star counseling in a 3 star facility lol

I saw Dr Wendy on Friday and was denied a medication that I have successfully been on for 15 years. When I asked her why she wants me to come off she said she wont write the script. She also whispered so low the while time. How do you let this person deal with psych patients? My primary care said I should have seizures and possible death in the next two days and I wont go to ER. Thanks for the help

Frontier has given me my life back. Once you're properly set up with your clinician and therapists, there are so many wonderful changes you can expect. Not only that, but this location offers the best peer support staff I've ever worked with (Nikki, you're fantastic!). They have a variety of groups, and offer med management. My clinician was great at connecting me to resources for homelessness and housing options, and honestly, frontier has been instrumental in my recovery. I cannot thank this organization enough.

they dont partner with any other agencies to provide resources for homeless struggling with mental health... They dont have case workers, they dont have group homes, no on campus facilities for people coming out of the hospital, they dont offer appointment reminders. so i give them 1 ⭐
