Dr. Baird has been monitoring our son's clubfoot treatment for nearly 4 years and we have really appreciated his professionalism. He is open to discussing treatment options and seems to really care for his patient's well-being.

Neglectful towards my granddaughter who he did surgery on. Left many messages for request to return calls when granddaughter was screaming in pain with no relief from pain medicine. He finally returned calls a week and a half later.

We have met with Dr. Baird many times over the past 3 years during the treatment of our daughter's clubfoot. He communicates very well (he really listens) with us as well as with our daughter. He truly is a nice man as well as an excellent doctor. We feel very fortunate to have our daughter in his care.
