This review is for her staff not to her directly. We got a referral from our pediatrician for my son's hearing test. And their appointment operator is not doing her job properly! I've been calling 3x already and as if she can't hear me! HOW RUDE she was! She hunged up on me 3x! I JUST DIDN'T ABLE TO GET HER NAME FOR THIS REASON BUT I WILL MAKE SURE I WILL FIND OUT. I can't tolerate rude people!
