I have been under the care of Intrepid Home Health for more than 2 years.I have had nothing but excellent treatment from my home based Physical Therapist Jeff and the times i have needed Occupational Therapy and Skilled Nursing care those services have all been administered professionally and rapidly. I just got another referral for outside care from the VA and I insisted Intrepid be the provider.Im sorry that the person who posted the negative comment above had such a bad experience however I bet if further investigation were made that Intrepid staff was not even made aware of the situation as all of my contact with Intrepid from those who call on me at home to those who administer my account and act as liaison with the Veterans Administration all work extremely rapid efficiently and thoroughly to ensure ALL of my needs are met in as expedient manner as is possible.Intrepid is a very caring company.

My significant other was supposed to start physical therapy today with this poorlyrun company but nobody showed up. They didnt even bother to call and tell us they arent contracted with her insurance company. We had to call them. I had them last year when I had knee surgery and the therapists were great but it looks like the people running the company arent that great.
