Kaiser Permanente's Online Review Report Card

I had my first appointment today and was extremely impressed. The receptionist was very nice and greeted me warmly. But Crystal, Dr. Zosel's MA-C was AMAZING! From the time she opened the door and called my name it was like having a visit with your best pal! I've never felt to comfortable as I did today with Crystal. Please don't ever loose your spark, specially in the medical field because you are one in a million. If I could have the same MA-C every time it would be Crystal!! Thank you for a GREAT experience today. Dr. Zosel was nice too..

I have never felt more humiliated and disrespected by a doctor, than what I experienced today by Dr. Elizabeth Ho. The doctor was 30 minutes late, had nothing prepared for my visit and thought it was necessary and appropriate to judge, humiliate, and shame me for the way I live my life. My life is my business and I never asked for her opinion. I felt mortified and will never come to this location again.

I love love love the Kaiser Permanente Kendall Yards office. Everyone there from the front desk people, to the lab workers, referral and insurance/billing people and, of course, the doctors and nurses are always so pleasant and helpful and show genuine concern about why you are there. Can’t imagine ever going anywhere else for my medical treatment.

I've been a Group Health, now Kaiser Permanente customer for over 30 years. I had a Dr at the Riverfront office for much of that time until he retired. I've been bumped around from Dr to Dr until I saw that they had opened this office which I believe was a Columbia Health office before.  The great thing is that the folks in this office treat you as if it is an office in a rural town.  From the front desk to the nurses and doctors, all of them treat you like family.  This is how the Riverfront office felt long ago.  They have a limited lab which does not include a  X-ray machine.  They also do not have a pharmacy.  That's ok though, their personal feel makes up for these minor inconveniences.  They share a parking lot with My Fresh Basket, as well as the businesses along Summit Pkwy.   Although this large lot is busy I have yet to not find a spot.

Dr. Ho, never seen her before and she was very unwelcoming of a new patient. Went in to see her about my foot possibly being broken. She questioned me where I got my crutches and was not warm. When it was time to leave, she exited out of the room so quickly. Computer keyboard by the door way and door barely left open for me, mind you I'm on crutches. Hard to maneuver around. I was assigned to her because my Dr was not in. I would not recommend Dr. Ho or Kaiser Permanente at Kendall Yards. Tough location and no x-ray machines.

I would suggest that the person who takes the initial information before the doctor arrives does the following. Always introduce themselves and state their position. For instance assistant to Dr X. A name badge would be nice. A t shirt is not professional attire. Also a smile and friendly manner go a long way in helping a person relax. It would be nice if this person looked at me now snd then rather than total focus on the computer.

Dr. Rhonda Beckner and Galena are wonderful caring professionals. Dr. Beckner has been my PCP for over 20 years and she has always been an exceptional doctor The front desk personnel at Kendall Yards are also always polite and efficient.

Great doctors with incredibly rude and disorganized office. It has made being sick even worse for my family on multiple occasions. Theyve brought my wife to tears several times with how weve been treated. Its such a shame.

I really appreciate this Doctors office. Everyone is friendly. I appreciate  Mike Zosel who is a great PA. He listens and finds the right treatment for you.   The ladies in the lab are also amazing and great at what they do.
