List of Kaiser Permanente's Reviews
Kristian Enghusen (hopefully I spelled that right) is wonderful. My daughter and I had to switch from a doctor that we had had for the past 8+ years to a new one. Dr. Enghusen has been nothing but helpful. She listens to all of your concerns and does everything in her power to help...and we've only seen her twice. We appreciate her so much!
My children and I have been patients here for over 8 years. I recently called to make my child an appointment so we can get refills for her asthma medicine. I was informed that the doctor listed as our primary care doctor no longer accepts our insurance so until we get a new primary doctor that takes our insurance they can't see my daughter. After that he proceeded to tell me none of the doctors there are currently accepting new patients....I've been a patient there for 8 years!!! I mentioned to him that we have never met the primary doctor listed on our card and almost every time we make an appointment we get a different doctor. He still refused to give my daughter an appointment. This is for her medicine to help her breathe!!! Im so disappointed in this place. My youngest daughter has been seeing Dr. Moon and I really like her, we were on the same page as far as what my daughter's needs are and she was helping me a lot and now I have to start over at a new doctor's office. We will miss you Dr. Moon ❤
This was my second visit with Dr. Megan M. Szarkowski, and just as the first, this visit was very pleasureable. The front desk staff was knowledgeable and courteous; a breeze to check-in. I didn't have have long to wait; on time, efficient professional.Dr. Szarkowski is very personable and thorough. She addressed my eyes with delicate sensitivity; explaining everything in detail. A flawless visit indeed! Thank you Kaiser!
I was taken good care by each department, eye center first, My Awesome Doctor Gore, labs, and radiology. I can feel they cared about my wellbeing and was very professional at their positions. It means alot to a patient, when you get the feeling of knowing you are important. I always have been taken care of by KPWA Healthcare, with positive and enthusiasm respect. And would like to thank them for all they do for the community.
Dr. Kirsten Robinson is the best primary care doctor there. She has compassion, empathy, and respect for her patients. I have had her for a provider for nearly 15 years and although we don't always agree on everything, she has enough respect to discuss it with me if she doesn't agree with me. She also explains to me medically why she doesn't agree with me and it makes more sense. It's never been just because she didn't want to. She has always been willing to help me in some way, just.not always the way I'm thinking it should be and quite frankly that is her job. I trust this woman with my life. She is very intelligent and has never steered me wrong!!
Absolute con artists. Trying to rip off my foreign friend and say he didn’t have insurance. Even though he spent multiple hours there and they even refused service until they say an email from his insurance. It shows on his insurance but somehow a bill gets sent to collections by them.. even though he paid almost 200$ for basically a bandaged and a shot! i called multiple times received different answers each time but no resolution. Stay away from this place… but this is America so it’s like this everywhere sadly.
I am not going to put a blanket on this whole business but the care I received here is extremely poor. They use their care portal asa selling point for this business. I was shuffled around, voiced my concerns & told verbal care that didn't match the online portal. I emailed my doctor several times & ignored. I have chronic illness & if you need a doctor with great bed side manner go somewhere else. Dr.Lindsey Urso really has no understanding of patience relationship. Calling several times, nurses saying they left post it's on her desk for response & then turn it around for in room lecture. I saw her twice & her communication skills are very poor. I have filed 3 concerns about the doctor & she was the worst I have ever dealt with. Front desk was wonderful but doesn't make up for care. I am still waiting for phone call back from them which was promised today. I went to ER after my appointment, ironic, and turns out I have an infection that could have been addressed today but instead spent my day explaining why I was not using my primary doctor and receiving care from ER.
I saw Dr. Gorza in February 2022. This was my first appointment at a Kaiser clinic. I was very impressed with Dr. Gorza and his MA. They communicated, listened, and responded to my concerns very well. I never felt the appointment was being rushed. This was a very welcome change from my usual experience in the healthcare industry. Over the last several years, it seems to me that clinics usually rush people in and out as quickly as possible at the expense of providing thorough care. In summary, this visit was among the best healthcare services I’ve received in recent memory. My only negative critique is an odd questionnaire the front desk asked me to fill out. It was just several questions exploring whether I had access to money for food, housing, transportation, etc. It did not strike me as appropriate in a healthcare setting. People should receive care based on their medical needs, not their wealth. I’m not saying that was Kaiser’s intent, but the questions were off putting and there was no explanation as to why I had to answer those questions when no other clinic has asked for that information in the past.
From the minute I walk in to check in on a kiosk, to the moment I leave the institution I feel like every single member of the team sees me and involves me in every step of the process. I truly feel like my needs are met. If they're not, it's never anything Kaiser employees have failed me on, but my own lack of stating what my exact needs are. Very grateful for everything.
KP used to be amazing and was our family's choice for healthcare. However, since COVID, KP's ability to provide continuity of care is poor at best. They continue to cycle through providers without keeping quality team members. Healthcare team struggles to provide quality service while treating patients like cows with patient ID numbers. Moooooooove along.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
