The worst dr I've ever been to. 2015 said my bladder mesh sling was fine. 2016 dr Lee in Seattle spent 5.5 hours removing eroded urethra and bladder. I'm still in horrific pain. Dr partol should not be practicing

I had a terrible experience with Dr. Partoll. She was rude and condescending. I had to wait more than two months to go see her and they even cancelled my appointment once because she was going on vacation. I was diagnosed with an eroded bladder sling in my urethra and referred to her. She very rudely turned me away and said she couldn’t help me.

Dr. Partoll is amazing. The nurse Meagan, on the other hand is not so great. Every time I call this office to speak with a representative about an issue accruing, I never hear back, I always have to call the NEXT day and then when I finally get a response from the nurse it’s right before they close at 5pm, which is extremely inconvenient for something so minor! I’m putting my foot down, although the issue seems so small to the office it is not so small to me. Im really tired of playing phone tag for weeks on end, to get told I will hear back and never do.
