I have had many visits with Dr. Jack and they have all been outstanding. He takes the time to explain the examination results and reviews the options. Dr Jack takes the time to listen to my questions and not make me feel like he is having to rush to another case.

Dr Jack was thorough in his examination and informative. He took the time to explain what my options are and the risks involved. Previous Dr’s just brushed me off with platitudes about normal aging where Dr Jack took my concerns seriously and offered options which is what I was hoping for but not expecting based on previous experiences at other offices. Thank you Dr Jack for listening and taking the time to address my concerns.

Our visit to the clinic was better than one can hope for. The staff were courteous, friendly, and professional. Dr. Jack was excellent. His compassion and insight were evident as he listened to his patient. He understood our particular circumstances and made special efforts to accommodate us. When he worked on me, he had me engaged in the procedure reassuring me the whole way. He is easily the best doctor I've ever met in my 62 years. I would lay down my life for this man, so yes, he was good.

I had many tests today and the last one was seeing Dr. Jack for an eye exam. He showed me all my pictures from my tests, he explained everything very well. I would recommend him highly.

Dr. Jack is pleasant to deal with and talk with. He treats his patients with dignity and respect and, although he is very busy, he always leaves us with the impression that we are important (He never acts like he has to get going to the next patient). I believe Spokane Eye Clinic does its best to hire the right kinds of people for its practice in order to provide the best care possible for its patients. Thank you Dr. Jack, you are amazing!
