He did an unnecessary procedure in order for me to use a placebo machine that caused me near 5k in debt because none of it was covered by my insurance. He had no real solutions to my condition that he diagnosed me with with zero testing in a matter of minutes from meeting me.

We would highly recommend Dr Olds he listened an recommended help I’m confident in his care I went for a second opinion

Difficult to get a response as to what time our appointment was for surgery. Then the phone system is just a voice message system with options, which is a terrible thing when your specialty is serving deaf people, especially when deaf people often use captioning phones that are not the fastest method of retrieving information. While we are waiting for the options to appear in the captions, the machine moves on to other options etcetera. They really need to give us more than a day's notice when to appear for surgery, especially when we are going to be arriving from out of town.

Dr. Michael Olds is the kind of doctor everyone would love to have. I experienced a stopped-up Eustachian tube and hearing loss in my left ear, with increasing severe headaches through the years. Other ear doctors had dismissed it as water in the ear from swimming or taking showers, with no further tests or follow-up. Dr. Olds was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to listen to me, run tests and identify what was causing my difficulties. His tests determined that I had a hole in my cranium that was leaking cranial spinal fluid into my ear canal. He recommended me to an excellent surgeon, and 2 months post-surgery I have no further difficulties with my left ear. For the first time in years, I have hear clearly and have no headaches related to fullness in the canal. You can tell Dr. Olds has a sincere interest in the wellbeing and recovery of his patients. I am forever grateful that out of all the potential ear doctors in the Spokane area, Dr Olds was the one I selected. I highly recommend him, and you too will appreciate his expertise, and the time and care he spends with his patients.

I have a rare and rather debilitating condition and would not be making it through this without Dr Olds and Sam. Dr Olds is compassionate, caring and stays on top of the newest trends in treatment. He has made a huge difference in the quality of my life.

Dr. Olds was able to see me in a timely fashion. After evaluating my hearing exam and listening to me, he recommended I follow-up with an MRI. Dr. Olds really does listen. After reading his notes available from the NextGen chart service he utilizes I saw that he heard every word I said. He telephoned and reported the results of the MRI and recommended how to proceed with follow-up quickly after the MRI result came in. I highly recommend Dr. Olds as his assuredness, knowledge and experience gave me great confidence. You will like him and his office. All staff I encountered were highly professional.

I saw Doctor Olds today 04/04/2019 for the first time. He and his assistant Sam were fantastic. It went really fast and he had humor that put me at ease. He took his time and listened. I appreciate that very much in any Doctor!!!!
