While the hearing tech and receptionist were very nice and helpful. I do have a complaint about the hearing aids I received. I feel that a little more research should be put into the products you offer. I also should have done some more research as well. So I am at fault for not being happy with the hearing aids as well. I was hoping that I would be able to use them hands free to answer calls and play music like my LG Tone Bluetooth device I have been using for a few years now. Not everyone has or likes iPhones, so its totally not fair that that is the only way be able to use this product hands free. For being a $6000 device its not worth it to me. I do appreciate that I didn't have to pay for them but I am non the less dissatisfied.

While I'm pretty satisfied with the outcome of visits with the My Hearing Centers, I was a bit disappointed in my fitting appointment. Ryan was great at my initial appt and spent allot of time with me explaining everything, but when I went back to pick up my hearing aids, he spent about 5 minutes with me, thrust the hearing aids at me and I was on my way, without much explanation as to how to really use them, or anything. I had to go home and read the be entire manual to learn how to use the basic functions, download the app to set the volume controls, and the Bluetooth, which he said wouldn't work on my phone, but did, etc. I was very frustrated and felt like he should have taken the time to help me a little more since these were my first hearing aids. Well, sort of.. these are more like volume boosters than hearing aids, but all and all... It's good to hear again!

This building is where my chiropractor is!! Paul Alder is his name! Very nice office lady also there's a massage therapist in the same place! I've never visited the Hearing Center, but I guess it's in this building also.
