I would never go to the adult side because they think anyone of color just goes their for pain pills when I needed surgery for my gallbladder and it almost killed me. But suprisingly enough they treated my son so wonderful on the children's side. Kept us informed every step waiting for the results to see if he fractured his toe..which he did. They were great on children's side!

My daughter was born via emergency c-section @Lake Chelan Community Hospital and air lifted to Sacred Heart because she aspirated meconium and could not breathe properly. They took amazing care of her. I was not able to go with her Until a few days later so they kept in contact with me about every decision that needed to be made. Once I was released from the hospital, my friend drove me to Sacred Heart to be with my daughter. She was there for a total of 10 days. Such an amazing staff that helped my baby. Lilia will be 5 in July. Thank you for all you do.

Wonderful, caring and knowledgeable nurses and doctors. Our son has spent weeks at SHCH this last 6 months for multiple issues and we felt he was getting top notch care and attention. They treat the children and parents with great understanding and respect as well. Our son has significant special needs and he has been cared for with love and respect by everyone at SHCH 💜

amazing, caring staff in PICU and 3S pediatrics. treated my 2 month old and myself amazing. very helpful, informative, knowledgeable. thank you for the wonderful care you gave my son.

my daughter was born here at 33 weeks, nicu and step down unit has by far the best staff there. my daughter only had to stay for 17 days before coming home. she has had four procedures done here as well and every experience has been extremely smooth like.

got us into a room pretty quick and made my son feel comfortable being in a hospital. We did wait awhile to see the Dr but worth it cause he was very attentive along with the rest of the staff. Didn’t make me feel like i was being overbearing or asking too many questions.
