The staff at Shriners Spokane are AMAZING! I've had both daughters tear ACL's this year and I'm very happy to report that we see light at the end of the tunnel! Both girls are rehabbing fantastically and will both be back on the soccer field soon!

Scheduling at this place is a nightmare. Looking to take my son elsewhere bcuz they do not accommodate for school age children who can't miss school bcuz of their special education classes. Shriner's cancelled on ME and then told me I should never of been given the appointment that worked for us in the first place. Was told they'd call back after getting permission from a supervisor for later appointments and then they never called back. Waited a week and then I called THEM back and they tell me they can't help me now.

I was a patient when I was a baby (1977) I called today to ask some questions that the answers weren't known 40+ years ago. I was very impressed with the want to help me and the advise that was given. Thank you for continuing to help.My folks have always had nothing but positive things to say about my care....including the nurses getting me hooked on orange soda in my bottle hahaThank you

I made special arrangements to have my mom cared for in the hospital with ALS and pneumonia so that I could take my daughter to get her cast off with my wife. On arrival they told me that only one parent could go up. I told my wife she should go. If that wasn’t painful enough to miss that special time, they told me I had to go sit in the car.There is no good reason for this policy. In our situation in hurt quite a bit.

Turned me and my children away from a scheduled appointment a week after out first. All because I didnt have a sitter for my second child and had to bring him with me. But the first time I was there a week earlier is it wasnt an issue.
