Dishonesty at its finest. I got slapoed with extra charges, because they snuck a extra exam and I had done one a month prior. If anyone wants a example why the American healthcare system is broken, stop by here.

People can’t believe it when I tell them I’m excited for my eye appt. Dr. Johnson is one of the kindest human beings I have met. He is informative, has a great sense of humor, and always makes me feel good about my eye health. He takes the time to listen, and also explains thoroughly any issues or changes that have occurred. It’s like coming home to see him once a year!!!! My eyes could not be happier.

Get confirmation of appointments in writing for this practice. I have voicemails confirming my March 20th appt for my son which was cancelled “due to overbooking”. I called this morning and there was no appt for my son yet again in their schedule for today May 17th, so now they tried to push it to August, no sense of customer service from receptionists diamond or jordan. I will be finding a new clinic for my son as this is unacceptable. Diamond should find another job as customer care is not something she can apparently handle.

Again I had an extremely positive experience with all the staff and Dr. McFadden especially. He is skilled at what he does and I left confident that my eye exam was thorough and there are no other problems with my eyes. He is also nice to talk with.

Got me in very quickly for an urgent eye matter. Spent time with me without rushing me through and showed concern for my problem. Got me the medicine I needed for my eyes.

I've been going to the Spokane Eye Clinic for over a decade now. This last visit for my daughter was not the normal at all. We waited 25 min. in the waiting area, then once we got back to the room we had to wait another 35 min. When the doc finally came into the room, he was not kid friendly at all. The app. was for my 11 yr old, and we had my 5yr and my 3 month old with us. I felt we were treated just like any old app., no concern for the amount of time we waited, or just a simple "so sorry for the wait, we're a little behind today". The receptionist, and staff other then the main doc were more apologetic then the doc. He was in the room for under 10min total to evaluate my daughter's eyes then sent us on our way. Extremely disappointed with this last visit. I've never had that much wait time or experience the entire time I've gone to the Spokane Eye Clinic.
