Unprofessional. Had a great NRP there but they left (and now I know why) Decided to give them another try. Worst experience. Impossible to get a hold of. Treated very poorly. They meet you for 5 minutes and decide they know everything about you without actually listening. Will never go back there again.

My daughter just went to get a sports physical and had Dr. Jeffrey Pedersen, DO. He verbally attacked my daughter for not getting the COVID Vaccine. She came home in tears. He told her that kids her age were dying all over the place. He straight up said “I know you think you are invincible, but you aren’t.” He didn’t give her a chance to state why she has decided to make this decision. He overstepped his medical ethics and instead of respecting her right to choose he pushed his own opinion on her without offering her any literature as to the basis of the “facts” he was spouting off to her. If you want to change someone’s mind it’s best to build relationship first and then provide resources. First rule of medical ethics Dr. Pedersen “A physician shall be dedicated to providing competent medical service with compassion and respect for human dignity.”

Was shorted 3 units of insulin. I am about to run out. Called my doctor on Friday and who spoke to the pharmacist and assured me I could get insulin because I am about out. I was denied today of getting insulin because the doctor increased the dosage but someone didn’t update the instructions and that’s why I am un able to get insulin.. I don’t know if the pharmacist knows this but people will die without insulin.

Wish ther are more choices for mental doctor

I have had great experiences here. I've felt cared about and the staff and care team are great. I've never had a bad encounter here.

The one star is not for bad service; we have long had very fine service from the staff. The one star is for selling the former Columbia Medical Associates offices to Kaiser. Kaiser severely limits the insurance they will accept, so those who have United Healthcare or Asuris, two of the largest insurers in the region, have to sever ties with their physicians. In my family's case, this means losing a 20+ year relationship with our family's primary care physician. I'm sure there was a lot of thought put into making this business decision, but it leaves countless patients without their doctor. The hassle of finding a new primary care physician is not something to take lightly, and is not a simple task.

Dr.Randy edwards shes the most amazing pediatrician she is so supportive, extremely caring and super knowledgeable one of my children are medically fragile with a tracheotomy and a gtube after a two year stay in the hospital he came home and shes been 100% walking our journey with us I just adore her ❤

I have horrible anxiety. But the nurse made me feel comfortable. And all vitals came back normal! Tough feat for me! Doctor batchelder was amazing wanted to know what worked, as well as what didn't and what I have tried. Asked all the right questions he gave me direct answers. I didn't feel rushed. Will definitely return! Thanks for a comfortable visit!

The Doctors do not care about their patients. All about the money.
