Very happy with services Dr.Alcaraz was awesome so caring and spent the needed amount of time with no rush or hesitation, front desk was very nice and helpful, nurse was awesome, lab tech was amazing everything was so spot on professional, like a hidden gem... I used to be a medical assistant and this office is top notch ran correctly!!!

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. It's evident that everyone there truly love their jobs and therefore do them well! I saw Dr. Pounds who was excellent. She took the time to listen and went above and beyond to be sure I was comfortable and had all my questions answered.

I love group health had the best doctor. If a person need any type oftest no problem. Patients are treated #1. I found one thing thatif a patient does not like the doctor than ask for another.I just know that if you have Dr. Alcaraze she is amazing. She listensand what ever you need she talks to you. So who ever is not satisfieddon't quit, just look for another doctor. Group Health has so many wonderful doctors to choose.

ive been here a couple of times, and each time I barely had to wait to be helped and I thought the girls in the pharmacy were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone.

one of the best ive been to!!! wonderful warm staff, things are done in an incredibly timely manner, no wait time to be called up and prescriptions are always accurate. I will always choose group health for my pharmacy and medical needs.
