Thoughtful, caring, and attentive to my needs!

This particular physician, Dr. Grouza, is such an amazing, and genuinely nice man. It was obvious to me, ( a bit of a cynic ) that Dr.Grouza takes a sincere interest in the well being of his patients. This doctor impressed me with his willingness to take the time to help me to understand the medical information, and to advise me about a number of areas within my overall health picture that I have never given much thought to. This one encountered with this truly remarkable man, just may have added years, if not decades to my life.

Was seen at the Riverfront Walk-in Clinic for a painful eye issue, Dean Sparks, PA-C assisted and listened to my concern, thought there might be more going on sent me to the Eye Dept to see Dr. Jansen, although I was an extra patient on his schedule for the day he was kind and I felt well cared for. He did throughout exam, treated my eye gave me at-home care instructions and help me set up a follow up appointment. Top Notch Team!

My office visit with Dr. Don Pederson today was fantastic. He was thorough, friendly knowledgeable and efficient. I am grateful for my excellent care.

My doctor and her nurse are just very friendly, knowledgeable,helpful and also amazing ladies. Soooo I do want to thank them for everything they do.So Thank You 🙏 for being awesome doctors and medical assistants.Plus it’s real nice to go there, cause not only is there wonderful and amazing doctors and medical staff BUT I can always do other things. For example. After I seen my doctor today, I got my flu shot, then I needed medication filled and I had to go &get lab work done.It’s really awesome 😎 that I can get to do ALL of that at the same place as where my doctor is located at the riverfront Kaiser Permanente. Keep up the great work.

I was very very impressed for my physical visit from the moment I walked in to the facility … great customer service , the beginning of my visit with a friendly and knowledgeable Nurse …… and with a great and wonderful Doctor ……in understanding my needs…… full of knowledgeable in explaining Why and What we were doing ! I was really really happy and satisfied in everything She did and how she explained to me in a friendly and easy way to understand . Very nice experience also on the blood test laboratory. Thank to ALL of YOU !

I have been trying to get through to the pharmacy for over an hour. I did have someone on the phone from the call center who couldn't figure out how to call riverfront pharmacy. She finally hung up on me while trying to figure out how to call them. It clearly states the pharmacy is open till 8:00 but when you call the phone number given on this Google form it says they're closed.

Yesterday some wonderful nurse at Kaiser told me that I can use the “get care now” app and get care now. It was so incredibly helpful I was able to use the app and connect with a provider so fast and within an hour I had talked to a nurse a provider she talked to a psych doctor I did some surveys and within two hours I was able to pick up a new prescription. I wish I got her name because of all the times I called and thru all my frustration and almost going into an emergency room she’s the only one who had a solution for me . Thanks !
