Jennifer burger a good doctor. if u need a pac. she answers questions and refers u to other doctors. if needed. And writes small notes down on your visit.

I was very disappointed in going there, for starters the receptionist was very rude, not welcoming at all. Almost left, but decided to stay, I needed a dr.Met my new dr and was not comfortable with her at all. As she was viewing my med list she told me she would not give me a refill on my pain meds. I never ask her too so I live in morbid pain and I very seldom need a pain pill, but ok ocationally need one. Not everyone abuses medicine.

I tried to schedule an appointment with the app and online. It wouldn't let me schedule an appointment and gave me a link for an appointment request form. The link for the form didn't work. So, I waited until Monday to make my appointment. I called and sat on hold for 1.5 hours until someone picked up. They transferred me almost immediately. The person they transferred me to, also transferred me to someone else almost immediately. I sat on hold for another 1.5 hours (for a total of 3 hours on hold). Nobody ever picked up after the second transfer and I had to hang up to go to work. By the time I go to lunch and could try calling again, the offices and scheduling center will be closed.

Easy to speak to someone when you need it. Staff is friendly, and you can look at a chart and see if your provider is on time. Nurses rock! Unfortunately my provider that I have had for 10 years walked out, and it is so difficult to find a doctor to connect with

I've been going to kaiser since they were group health about fifteen years and I would never take my kids anywhere else. Absolutely love the whole staff and always have.
