List of Washington Permanente Medical Group's Reviews
Professional care and excellence from Dr. Ellingsen.
I would suggest that the person who takes the initial information before the doctor arrives does the following. Always introduce themselves and state their position. For instance assistant to Dr X. A name badge would be nice. A t shirt is not professional attire. Also a smile and friendly manner go a long way in helping a person relax. It would be nice if this person looked at me now snd then rather than total focus on the computer.
Dr. Rhonda Beckner and Galena are wonderful, caring professionals. Dr. Beckner has been my PCP for over 20 years, and she has always been an exceptional doctor! The front desk personnel at Kendall Yards are also always polite and efficient.
Great doctors with incredibly rude and disorganized office. It has made being sick even worse for my family on multiple occasions. They've brought my wife to tears several times with how we've been treated. It's such a shame.
I really appreciate this Doctors office. Everyone is friendly. I appreciate Mike Zosel who is a great PA. He listens and finds the right treatment for you. The ladies in the lab are also amazing, and great at what they do.
Love this clinic! When I changed Medicare plans to Kaiser, I researched doctors. I chose Dr. Elizabeth Ho and considered her location at Kendall Yards a bonus. This clinic is new and beautiful. The waiting room is spacious. The people at the front desk are always friendly, professional and helpful. Although Dr. Ho is a new doctor for me, she's been very helpful already. She gave me the best advice I've ever received for weight loss. (I only wish I'd received this advice 20 years ago but it's never too late....) I've also seen Dr. Ellingsen at this location and love her too. And after my appointments I can go for a long walk on the Centennial Trail, grab lunch or a coffee, and make a wonderful afternoon of it!
Do not go here or any Kaiser Permanente facility unless you want to be gouged at every possible chance. They bill the most expensive CPT code(s) they can get away with for every visit. That 10 minute visit required just to get a prescription refilled? $350.More than 1 issue going on? $450. Oh, and they love to switch your prescriptions to mail order pharmacy without telling you, which means if you don't have Kaiser Insurance, you have to pay out of pocket for your prescriptions, even if you have Prescription coverage through a separate insurance company. My normal $10 in prescriptions was $63 this month thanks to my provider sending my scripts to mail order instead of Safeway like always. Never going back. Terrible customer service; average to inadequate patient care; billing is a nightmare. Go here if you want to be back in Group Health aka Group Death.
Waited on hold for over 20 minutes to make an appointment. Couldn’t hold any longer. This wouldn’t have ever happened before Kaiser took over.
Dr quisano is a great doctor! I have been sick for years she found out what it was with the first round of tests!
I love my provider and her staff is excellent however since they switched from Columbia to Kaiser the ability to help their patients is terrible. The computer systems and health records they used must not be linked because I am constantly having to tell multiple staff member my health history over and over. Scheduling is a nightmare and the scheduling staff does not listen. I have to give my name, DOB, and address multiple times before they can find my chart. Communicated between the office and patient is frustrating which requires multiple f/u calls. I know my doctor is great but the inability of staff to figure of simple things makes me have no faith in this office. Kaiser is by far one of the most evil corporations in this country.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
