Dr. Fiala is amazing. She takes the time needed to find out what's going on with you and truly listens. She is not judgmental at all. It's nice to have a dr who listens and shows she cares about her patients.

I was a new patient her clinic and assigned her. She was attentive at first, but after a second visit she was very stand offish. I kind of got the feeling that I was not the demographic that she wanted to treat (read what she is looking for in a patient from her bio.) Without a phone call or notification I was reassigned a different provider.

I have seen this Dr. Fiala only twice and, both times I have seen her I have left her office feeling better than when I initially went in. She is compassionate, listens and cares about your overall health. She will work with your other doctors to make sure you are getting the best care.

I researched biography, specialty, and perspective descriptions of many doctors before deciding to make an appointment with Dr. Fiala. Her holistic approach incorporates western medicine and intercultural traditions. She treats patients of all ages and has particular expertise in women's health. From my first appointment, I knew I had made the right choice. Dr. Fiala listened, advised, and collaborated with me on my health choices. Patient-centered approach. Highest recommendation.

I only had a couple appointments with her but she gave me confidence in the medical profession again. She listened to me, she believed me, she came up with a diagnosis that nobody else had seen that I had had for years and referred me to a specialist and I'm now being treated for that disorder that I have had since I was a kid. I'm very disappointed because she left the practice she was at in Port Orchard and I hope that I can find her and retain her as my physician again. She treated me with compassion and concern and as an individual and she is one of the best doctors I've had in my entire life.

My experience with Dr. Fiala can only be described as bizarre. I was new patient coming in for a physical after switching insurance. She was friendly at times, and condescending at others. It kind of felt like she was "playing" doctor.She mentioned being a doctor several times. She answered questions that I hadn't asked. Her movement went from over pronounced and loud, to overly intense eye contact -as if I were being interrogated, to completely aloof. I feel like it was a pointless visit.
