List of The Everett Clinic At Stanwood Walk-In Clinic Urgent Care's Reviews
not quick at all, been waiting for over an hour in the room and no one once checked up on me and i threw up and yet still no one checked on me i went into the hallway to ask someone for help and there was no one out there and when i went back in the room i could here the nurses laughing and having the best time, do better on checking on patients.
In the past few years (Covid years) I have received excellent care for a long list of medical conditions. My primary is a nurse practitioner who has demonstrated knowledge and expertise that I would expect from an experienced MD. I feel that the EC takes the after visit surveys seriously. The clinical staff is helpful and polite. The areas are clean and the practitioners are responsive to questions and concerns. I took off one star because my most recent appointment was rescheduled three times and I had to wait an additional 45 days for a three month follow up appointment. I don't believe that the delay was due to anything except unforeseen circumstances and the doctors schedule being booked solid. Despite the single instance of waiting a long time for an appointment opening I recommend this clinic for scheduled appointments, labs, the use of MyChart, helpful staff and excellent doctors that work well with other doctors outside of the EC. I am covered by health insurance and pay a co-pay for appointments so I can't comment on out of pocket expenses.
Don’t use the Everett Clinic. Some of the doctors don’t know what they’re doing, and their bill dept is incompetent.
Suzanna Faila, worst doctor to see at the clinic. Very inappropriate and disrespectful to my child and me.. do not recommend. My child is now having nightmare with the things she was saying to us. I've emailed and called... not a single response... what is happening to this world we live in... scary times.
Clean and quick normally. Friendly staff. I have mostly used the lab. Alway in and out fast. Not a lot of extra paperwork. Lab technicians do a great job. I have never needed a second poke.
My daughter has been a regular customer/Pt of TEC since she was little. She has occasional migraines, long history of them with the clinic . Her sisters wedding is today. She went into Stanwood WIC this morning and was told to go to the ED , they are to full for a MIGRAINE injection??! So thank you TEC, your outstanding lack of customer service never fails to surprise me. <br> Now she can wait all day and miss the wedding for something that TEC has quickly and routinely treated for years. Thank you for not bothering to advise her on another location or attempting to fit her in.
Since this company was bought out there care has dropped off tremendously this is not just Covid this is party line politics. It&#39;s a shame
My family and I actively avoid coming to this clinic. We have all had bad experiences here due to the unprofessionalism of the doctors here. On one occasion our son&#39;s skin infection was brushed off as nothing of concern. It progressed days later and he almost ended up having surgery to address the widespread infection that was undiagnosed and ignored. On another occasion I went in with with early signs of a pilonidal cyst infection that could have been prevented from becoming infected with proper prescription of antibiotics. These were later confirmed to be the incorrect type of antibiotics needed to treat that condition. The cyst became infected. I returned to get get the cyst drained, but the doctor missed and lacerated around it, leaving a painful experience and allowing the cyst to worsen, until I had to finally go to the ER. The doctor there was in disbelief with my testimony. 3 malpractices is just too much for me to ever want to come back. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this clinic.
Dr Kari Fitzsimmons and Medical Assistant Laticia (spelling?) rock. Very efficient and professional yet friendly
I recently got insurance again after not having any for over a year. I&#39;m always hesitant going to the doctors because I&#39;m always scared of getting extra bills. I needed to go in to get my birth control removed since it was seriously starting to get painful. I went to the Everett clinic in Stanwood, WA, Joy was my doctor. She was very pleasant. At the end she asked if I&#39;d like to do some basic tests, since I haven&#39;t been in in awhile. I said ONLY if my insurance covers it and I am not sure it will. She assured me my insurance most definitely does, I was hesistant but why would my doctor lie to me. Now fast forward 3 weeks and I am now stuck with a little under 200 dollar bill. I never wanted nor needed these tests done but my doctor assured me I was covered and insisted. I&#39;m so disappointed with your company, I&#39;m already struggling due to these Covid times where I barely work (as I am in the restaurant industry) and now its sickening to see you are having your doctors trick us patients so you guys get more money. I will never be back, I will make sure no one I know goes back. You guys are just robbing people. Glad to know your company cares more about having a large pocket book than your patients.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
