I recommend this detox fully for anyone that’s ready to change there life! I did a 4 day medical detox and stayed for the residential inpatient program the staff was friendly and the atmosphere was beneficial to my recovery. I truly loved the group facilitators and the cultural ceremonies of the local native tribes.

On behalf of my sons stay he left on his own with a ankle bracelet was told he had 2 hours to return to jail without no money they picked him up from jail to be in rolled to there program why not take him back??? Set up for fail also was able to get ahold of scissors to cut off monitor.Received call saying they had his belongs which he had left behind only to retrieve hand sanitizer and a spray bottle of Cologne, when asked where is his other belongings the gal went back in came out with a different suitcase not even his went back in came back out and said he must’ve gave them away or took it with him, I told her no he left everything behind as he has phoned us and informed us he did so therefore they have lost his cloths or have given them to others within the program. While waiting for them to try and find his stuff meet another mother outside she too was there to retrieve her son’s belongings as he left also and was told he was being treated unfairly.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! This place has the worst possible patient care. Instead of trying to help people in their addiction they treat their patients as prisoners. I dropped my husband off, within 6 hours we learned this place had lied in all they had to offer. No phone calls at ALL during the full 30 days, only 1 hour twice a week outside at a children’s park across the street, cameras monitoring you in your room full time with NO privacy. Part of recovery is not isolating the patient. Photos pictured on the website are not of the Summer location, the Summer location is disgusting snd run down.After checking my husband out 6 hours later they refused to give him his belongings back. It wasn’t until I threatened to report them they complied. To make matters worse they still proceeded to charge our credit card for their services along with breaking several HIPAA violations.I now will be filing a suit along with contacting the proper authorities to hold them accountable for their careless and non-compliant care.

The treatment director all the way down to the janitor are totally amazing! I highly recommend Royal Life to anyone needing to turn their life around. Five Stars!

My son has finished detox,and treatment at the Sumner facility. He has been to other treatment centers in western Washington. None have worked.... Until now. Royal Life has been the answer to my prayers. Like I said he finished up at Sumner then moved on to the live in facility, "The Haven" He's the happiest I've seen him in ten + years now. He has joy in his life again. And a clear picture where he wants be in the future. I have to say one of the things that separates Royal Life from others. Is, he had one councillor his whole stay. So they were always on the same page. I can't say enough how much I appreciate what they have done for my son, And me as well. I appreciate all the staff and all the help they've been to us. A special shout out to Frank, and Louis in Sumner. And Margaurette in Lacey. Also, to my son Lucas. For his willingness to try again. Thank you so very much for all your help. Doesn't even come close to describing what a positive, life changing, experience it's been for not only my son, but myself as well. All the worried sleepless nights, all the frustration, all the behaviors that go along with the addicted, and those who love them. What Royal Care has done for my son is so far above and beyond what I hoped for. My son is clean and sober. He has spark again, and the fire is getting more intense every day. He's working has a great job. Has excellent support all around him. He's done the work, and looks forward to everyday. I can't thank Royal Care enough. I recommend them so far above and beyond any other facility that we have dealt with.Thanks again so very much to Royal Care.

Royal life centers is definately the best facility in the area, from the quality of care to the ammenities. I would send a loved one to Royal out of any other places around.

Counselor/therapist would not communicate and would not set up a relapse prevention plan with family members. Very disappointed! N
