Hi, I was sent to see Dr Inklab by my GP for testing. I was tested and have been diagnosed with Genetic Hemochromatosis. Dr Inklab and his staff are very professional, yet kind and seem sincerely caring. The Doc ordered more tests and a Catscan & concluded that I have iron deposits on my liver due to this inherited blood disorder. Dr Inklab then requested an MRI to see liver and I believe the amount of iron on liver more clearly. After fighting with my insurance company we finally got the ok. Unfortunately I got Covid and had to wait for full recovery. In the meantime I had many questions regarding the treatment which had been fully explained during my appointment. But the staff was amazing and very patient with me and were kind enough to continue to answer my questions without being annoyed that I had called several times. Dr Inklab also called me at home twice with the results of my tests and was more than happy to answer all of my many questions without rushing me. Hoping to get MRI soon if we don’t have to reorder it and start treatment soon. I expect that even though treatment is not all that pleasant that my experience with the Doc and his staff will continue to be excellent. So far I would highly recommend this Doctor and his Staff at Sunnyside Cancer Center. Thank you !
