USA Vein Clinics centralizes their back office functions and they do a terrible job on all fronts. Didn't disclose the cost estimate of my first surgery, just submitted it to insurance, then I got a surprise bill in the thousands $. Dr. Sachdev did a poor job of setting expectations about pain mgmt and future treatment, then tried to get me in to a second round of surgery! Another doctor told me I absolutely did not need additional treatment and that Sachdev broke protocol. May pursue legal.

Dr Sachdev is very professional but caring, takes the time to explain what needs to be done, then, promptly gets the job done. The St Alexius cardio staff are very efficient also. I've seen him 6 times in the past 2 years and would recommend him highly.
