I had an endoscopy performed here.  Everyone from the nurse who greeted me to take my temperature COVID rules to the medical staff and Dr Agrawal who did the procedure were amazing.  Everyone was very kind and friendly explained what they were doing and made me physically comfortable as possible.

The front office staff is wonderful and knowledgeable.  After I was called back the nurse was nice and caring she gave me the utmost respect has I did the same.  She answered all my questions plus more.  Dr. Rosenblatt came in and introduced herself asked if I had any question or concerns which she answered.  I have a egg allergy the nurses asked me about it also asked if I could have the flu shot I said no because I get so sick from it my egg allergy gives me hives for approximately 2 weeks with medication.  They had decided I could not have general anesthesia so they went with a twilight type anesthesia.  I would recommend this place and the doctors.  I had no problems and they call the next day to make sure everything is fine.

I went here for a procedure. I have to go under sedation I told them that any time I go under sedation that there are steps to take as far as giving me Benadryl with the sedation otherwise I have adverse reactions to the sedation medication. They did not follow my wishes I woke up sick I have to go to the hospital I was in the hospital for over 6 hours and they have to give me the medication that I should have gotten at WALDRON . The hospital and I will both baffled as to why they did not follow the proper steps that they were given. I would not recommend this place to anyone especially not any elderly person Im young I bounce back fast but I would not send anyone here younger old. These people do not care about you they are just there to get paid. I guess all their money goes into the decorations inside of the center thats what it looks like. I did not go back to the doctor that did the procedure and I will never go back to the center. Theres plenty of other places to go please do not use this place it could be a danger to your life and you may end up in the hospital.

There are a few really good staff front desk ladies are ok one blonde woman who does the initial patient check ins is AMAZING. But most of the others especially in the back after procedures are done are lacking in bedside manner and professionalism. They sit and talk loudly about personal topics rush patients up and are not very compassionate. The actual procedures seem to be ok. Just be prepared for long waits sometimes and not the warmest treatment from staff.
