Dr Troncales is a very dedicated doctor and very thorough, I hughly recommend her.

I rushed to an appointment to see her one day. My BP was sky high and breathing hard, she was diligent to find out what was wrong with me, and gave me time to relax to see if it was due to rushing or something else. She's thorough going over your meds and history.

Dr Troncales had always been good at listening to me. She is friendly and very easy to talk too.

Knowledgeable and compassionate. She specializes in geriatrics and I am glad how passionate she is towards the elderly. She is thorough and addresses her patient's concerns during each visit, may it be in-person or virtually. I am glad she is my mother's provider. She is my aunt's provider as well and she is also extremely satisfied with the care she's been receiving from Dr. Troncales.

Dr. Troncales is a geriatrician who is caring, thorough and knowledgeable. She is my mom's PCP. My mom is hard of hearing and Dr. Troncales has been extremely patient with her. She frequently makes sure that she was able to address my mom's questions and concerns. My mom is a retired physician and although quiet during appointments, she usually tells me a lot after every appt. She has been nothing but satisfied with Dr. Troncales. She appreciates that she does not feel rushed. She is grateful that she has gotten established with a physician who is so passionate about helping the older population.

Dr. Troncales specializes in geriatrics and I can definitely see her passion for the elderly. She has been very understanding with my mom who is hard of hearing. She listens to her concerns, discusses the plan of care thoroughly and frequently asks if my mom is okay with the plan. My mom is a retired physician. Although hard of hearing, she is very picky with everything, especially her providers. She has been a bit self-conscious with discussing things because she is not able to hear very well and is only able to respond to the things that she can hear. she is extremely happy with Dr. Troncales because of her patience, compassion, understanding, and knowledge. I have dealt with a lot of providers - MDs, DOs, NPs, PACs, etc and I must say Dr Troncales is definitely one of my top 3 favorites because of how she handles her patients.

So far my parents, new patients of Dr. T, have had 3 appointments. Each time I attended with them to help them navigate and to be the listener. Dr. Troncales was respectful and helpful, focusing or rephrasing her questions as needed first to my parents and then to me for clarification. She had a good mix of serious and joking to get to know them and their individual situations and needs. If I was to give any advice, it would be to talk more slowly. Between old ears, the mask, and the fast talking, it was hard for my parents to grasp everything she said.

Dr. Troncales is a very caring and professional physician..... I am so pleased to have her as my doctor..... When it looked like I was having mini strokes, she called me at home on a Saturday evening to see how I was... and if I was able to start the medication she had prescribed.... She is the BEST, pleasant and very professional..... Thank you for your caring words and excellent advice when my husband died this past September... Judy Eckhardt, Federal Way
