been coming here since 2017. great experience. love my pcp and the nurses she works with - haven't had great luck with other PAs. but wait times are very short compared to most doctors.

I felt it time to say just how much I appreciate this place and the people within. I have been a C.H. Patient since 2003. I have gone through two different primary care doctors. I’m on my third now, and I couldn’t be happier. I started at the old facility. This new one has been open for a few years now. You will not find a cleaner, more up to date, or friendlier place for your medical needs. The people here are amazing. The front desk, the receptionists, the assistants, the nurses and the doctors are all first rate. Friendly, conscientious, safe, and most of all, skilled. I should have shared this years ago. But I’m serious..if you need a place for medical help, whether for family or just yourself, check out the Eastside Tanberra Clinic, of Community Health. Thank you.

Your COVID 19 vaccine appointment scheduler allowed me to sign up for a J&J booster. Your web site stated that I could get the J&J booster. Your appointment scheduler gave me the option to get the J&J booster. I made my appointment to get my J&J booster, came to my appointment and was told that I needed a note from my doctor saying it was ok for me to get said vaccine. So I was sent upstairs to see a doctor (I am not a patient at your clinic) and was told I had to establish care there first.) My only option was mRNA vaccine. You mislead me when I made my appointment by allowing me to schedule the J&J booster just to get me on the door.

Don't bother calling. For a business who is supposed to be accessible and affordable via your insurance, they are not helpful at all. All customer service employees are useless, especially on the phone. All they know how to do is ask your name and hit the transfer button. Nobody calls you back when they say they will and no one here takes accountability for their mistakes. Would not recommend unless it is your very last option.
