Wow if their was ever anyone that is full of themselves it is Dr. Matthews. This lady clearly has a few screws loose. She is all about herself. Ignored my concerns and like above refused to follow procedures. If you value your life and that of your future children. Please I beg of you go somewhere else.

Dr. Matthews made me feel like I could do this. As I sit her with my son, I'm thinking about how important Dr. Matthews digelence was to my pregnancy and healthy birth of my son. I was more than high risk, my pregnancy was outright dangerous. Everyday I stayed pregnant was a blessing. I made it to 36weeks! She's educated, trustworthy, personable and remains calm in the most stressful circumstances. She made sure I had everything I needed throughout my pregnancy. THE HELL WITH POTATOES!

During my two visits: Dr. Matthews ignored the consent form for medical students to perform procedures. When I asked about how I can check my fertility as a person in their early thirties, she was dismissive stating I was young and didn't need to worry about it. When I pressed for more a concrete answer, her response was to ask me if I wanted permission from her to start having children — the weirdest interaction I've had with a doctor. Extremely disappointed and shocked.

I would and have recommended Dr. Matthews to all my friends and family. She is such an amazing doctor and person. My boyfriend and I both enjoy our appointments with her. She is so personable and caring! You can tell she goes above and beyond for you as a patient. I'm pregnant with my first child and I don't think I would or could feel as safe, comfortable, and worry free as I do getting ready for my labor as i do knowing Dr. Matthews will be there for me and my baby!
