My 16 year old daughter was seen by this doctor in the emergency room at Mary bridge she has a cyst near her tailbone and rectom area this doctor crammed his fingers in her rectom instead of the incision area and my daughter yelled out and grabbed his arm he yelled at her not to touch him. I was not there to protect my baby but if more people would report his abuse he would not have his job I’m seeking a lawyer to get them to at least look at this doctor something is wrong and I can feel it...

In the ER I was in incredible pain and used some profanity after waiting 2 hours for promised pain meds. After that I was ignored by this doctor and his staff, like they had never come in contact with a patient swearing? My husband and I were dismissed by the staff and everytime I used the call light, being told “I’ll check on that” and then they never returned! When I finally had enough, after waiting in a room for 8 hours (plus 4 hours in the waiting room)I found the first nurse that had put me in the room and said I want to leave please remove my IV so I can go, it all came out, that they were reacting to me swearing and this was my punishment! So we had in out, me apologizing but also we tried to explain how they came across, as this doctor smirked at my husband, my husband called him! He denied it! My husband and I agreed to call the hospital patient advocate when this was done. This ER DOCTOR had wanted to use a pain medication on me that doesn’t work on me but it’s the one HE USES, so I had to agree to try it, (he uses an extremely high does over the course of an hour) this only succeeded in putting me to sleep in between does! No pain relief!!! When they finally revealed the result of the MRI then I was admitted as an inpatient and we finally were able to leave the ER! WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!!

Very unprofessional, made me feel stupid for not knowing what was wrong with me, making me feel very down and honestly just like dirt. Unfortunately he is not caring or compassionate in his work at all. I do hope he will see this one day. You cannot speak to people in such ignorant tones and harsh ways. I will be going to St. Josephs from now on.

I have never been talked to so rudely by a medical professional. He verbatim said "stop putting fat in your mouth. Quit doing this to yourself". While there was truth in his comments, the tone and acrimonious affect he displayed were completely unacceptable. I'm appalled.
