I love this clinic! Jen is my go to for keeping me on point, encouraged, and she LISTENS! Staff overall are super friendly and very helpful! LOVE that I can get my labs done right there too!

The staff are all very friendly. The clinic itself is not very inviting and in need of some up keep. I'm giving a one star because of the call center representatives, every time that I've called to make a appointment it seems like i get the run around, put you on hold for ever sometimes transfer you to someone else, are rude at times. I like the days when you could call and make an appointment and actually talked to someone right there in the office,now you call a call center and it's like pulling teeth and like I said they are sometimes very rude.

I have been going here for many years before the clinic merged with the Polyclinic. The saving grace for this change was that Dr. Weatherby was still my doctor. Now that he has retired service has been very poor. It has been difficult to get an appointment when needed. Everytime I try to schedule an appointment it is 4 weeks or more that I have to wait to get in. Also problems getting prescriptions filled because the response is not timely. I am looking for a new place to go because in all the years I have been going here I have never had a problem getting seen or having my prescriptions filled.

I have been on hold for 1.5 hours.. called back on hold for 1.2 hrs then the closed call back tomorrow!!! I have been coming to this office for 9 years.. and then they sold to this place.. to bad

Clinic used to be an awesome reliable and responsible team of medical professionals. More recently the clinic has changed for many unexplained reasons. Clinic representatives are rude, talk over you, and are do not follow through on prescription refills and call backs. Oh where are the days of Dr. Weatherby and a medical team that truly cared about the health of their customers.

I was on hold 20 minutes before I could speak to a live person. The worst thing this office has done is switch to the polyclinic. No longer can you communicate directly with your Dr/Nurse Practioner's staff if you need help. It takes an act of God to get prescriptions refilled. I begged for a refill to be called in and when I spoke to my pharmacy the wrong script was refilled and for something I don't use. I'm still waiting and it's been over a week.

I went here last week and I found the staff to be very friendly. Dr. White took me in about 30 minutes early since I was there early. I am very pleased with the services I had. Thank you

Worst communicators ever. The staff says one thing and you never hear back from them. After hours call center operators could not be any more rude! Done with this place. Management better step in FAST.
