Went to er last night with multiple problems Dr. Coon took time to explain everything I was going thru. And was so empathetic and caring. He has a beautiful ♥️ Thanx Dr. Coon you really enlightened me. And God bless you always 😊

Took my wife to the emergency room for severe pain from kidney stones. He wanted her to have a CT scan but had no idea what it would cost. We have no insurance. He came in the room after a 3 hour wait. Stayed 10 minutes. Did nothing but talk and charged us $3,500 for that 10 minutes. I will be turning him in to BBB, and medical board. Don't let this guy treat you before he tells you the charges.

On two dif occasions he was rude and refused to treat me because it wasnt life or death and hes a emergency doctor even though i was in severe pain and i was told to goto er by my doctor what a jerk

dr coon was very rude and condescending. He told me nothing is wrong and didn't explain why I was in pain. He acted like I was only there for pain pills and not to find the underlying cause of my pain.

I took my son to the ER due to an infected finger. He has a past of his immune system overreacting and last time he spent 2 weeks in a children's hospital. With that being said, Dr Coons was NOT empathetic and didn't treat my son and I with the respect and dignity we deserved. Because of him we will not return to the Dallas ER!!!

Dr. Coon very rudely asked why I was visiting the ED and not my primary physician. I notified him that I had sores lining the inside of my lips and he did not bother to look, but very roughly used a tongue depresser to look in my throat. He then left the tongue depresser laying on the bed. This is the most unpleasant doctor I have ever met.

Rude, racist, sexual harassment, and no help at all. I tried to talk to him about his etiquette and he called the cops. Also discriminates against disabled persons. Don't go to this doc unless you don't want health care.
