Terrible experiences here both myself and our boys, if you can go elsewhere do it! Botched work causing more damage then we started with more than once over thr years. Only stayed because of insurance reasons contracted through Willamette, but after my last incident it was the last straw. Will never go again, would rather pay cash!

Update: From 2 to 1 stars. I had a tooth removed 6 months ago (well partially, the roots could not be removed.) I was told by Sarah Kang that she would get me referred to a surgeon to remove the rest of the tooth. That never happened. I went in for a cleaning, which they denied due to high blood pressure (although I have the proper documents on file from my medical doctor stating general cleaning was safe.) At that time I shared with this random new doctor who was seeing me that my referral was never placed. Thanks to the random doctor, the surgeons office called me 3 days later. Sarah Kang treats her paitents like dollar signs just checking off the boxes to move people through. Open enrollment for insurance for state employees is this month and the timing could be better. I've received better car at Sea Mar clinics. My advice, go literally anywhere else. Previous review: I have been a paitent since I was a child. I didn't go during the pandemic for obvious reasons, but once returning as a patient and enrolling my child I have been extremely disappointed. Growing up, I saw the same person for almost a decade. Now going in, I've seen a different person everytime for my child. All saying different things. There's no consistency. BONUS: there's a new hygienist named Maddie. She is AMAZING. Even being newer to the office, she was understanding of my concerns and made my child feel comfortable.
