He's great, I've been with him for over twenty years. But his staff is totally incompetent! I call for an appointment and it will take at least two, sometimes three days for somebody to call me back. And then I have to be nice to her for fear of getting black-listed and getting worse service the next time. So frustrating.

I must say I just had my first visit worth Dr. Scott and the mom I walked in felt like I was home . Staff was great and Dr was great. I think I found a great place to go for all my needs. It's sure nice to find a Dr that cares and takes the time to make sure your being taken care of

I have never felt more welcomed and comfortable with a doctor, than I did with Dr. Heflick. I recently had my first visit with him, and he actually took the time to get to know me as a person, rather than just another patient in his schedule. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Very pleased and I highly recommend! I will now look forward to my doctor visits rather than fear them. Thanks Dr. Heflick!

I love Dr. Heflick. He reminds me of my doctor growing up. Old school, personable, takes his time to talk with his patients. Your not just a number to him. And he's always on time. I've never had to wait more than 15 minutes to see him.

I used to see this physician but he decided that he didn't want to help me with the prescription assistance program anymore so he asked me to come to his office and dismissed me as a patient. It was the most demeaning experience of my life.
