He was very, very late for our appointment and then refused to answer our questions about his diagnosis of glaucoma because he was running behind and didn't have time. Horrible communication skills. Lacks compassion for patients.

I could not make and appoinmet as the were pushing skin care

I had cataract surgery last year. I was led to believe I would have great distance vision, but might need reading glasses. I understand selecting lenses is (obviously) not an exact science, but was disappointed that my vision was so bad after surgery. I was told "Well, you had Lasik before. That makes it hard to select the proper lens for you." It might have been nice to mention that, BEFORE the surgery. During the pre-surgical exam, the tech who had "been doing this for years" told me she was more than 90% sure my distance vision would probably be "about perfect" after surgery. But what really bothers me is a doctor who will lie to your face. I had paid extra for lenses to correct astigmatism. After surgery, Dr. Brady told me "Well, at least we got rid of your astigmatism." What, did he not think I might not get that checked out? Exams by an optometrist, and an ophthalmologist showed me that was a complete lie. They said "No, they did not correct your astigmatism." I have no use for a doctor that will so blatantly lie to patients.

Dr Brady did my eye surgery in 2004 and I still have 20/20 vision today. I owe him a lifetime of great vision. Thanks!

An excellent opthomologist, great medical knowledge and people skills. Pressure in the eye just one of his strengths.

Superb surgeon and attentive to patient wellness, as I was undergoing cancer treatments while Dr. Brady had to perform two surgeries to restore my vision. It was done without complications, with respect and in a timely manner. He is an ophthalmologist for life.

I have found the staff from the front office to each exzam room to be very kind, courteous and .professional. My exzam has been the most detailed up to date process that I know to be available. I find Dr Brady to be professional, precise, knowledgeable , dedicated and compassionate and direct. My service from each location that I visited Puyallup,, Gig Harbor and University Place to be very courteous and professional. My eyesight has been majorly impaired since I was 8 years old, I am a "mature" woman now with grandchildren and for the first time in years, I can open my eyes and see, as well as sleep without my eye glasses under my pillow or in my hand . My husband is thrilled for me and I am thrilled most of all. I am grateful for the care that I have personally received from these facilities . I have typed my message here for you be it perfect or imperfect with my new vision just two days after surgery, all without readers or eyeglasses! I have great expectations! Should I need assistance in the long term, I am still far better off! I understand completely that no establishment is perfect, or without faults ,however it was perfect for me.

Fiancee has an irritation inside her upper eyelid. We went to urgent care and they confirmed what we saw but said they unfortunately didn't have the toolset to look deeper and referred us to a couple clinics. We picked Cascade Eye and Skin since they were close and able to get us in. The check-in process was smooth, with all forms being filled out digitally. An assistant called us up and took us to an exam room. Because we were not prior patients we did a quick vision test and simple health questions. The assistant then asked what we were in for and we responded, "There is something bothering her in the inside upper eyelid on the right eye." Assistant noted it in the "chart" on the computer and said the doctor will be in shortly. Doctor Brady came in, said a short greeting, sat down and immediately got to "work." He looked at the chart, said out loud, "Right eye" and then proceeded to look all over my fiancee's eye. He then proudly stood up and said, "I'm a <insert list of credentials> and i've been doing this 20 years and I don't see anything wrong." No ****. The problem is on the inner eyelid, not her eyeball. The "Doctor" comes in and doesn't ask the most basic question - Actually, he didn't even ask any questions- "What is the problem?" and declares there's nothing wrong. When we said it's actually the inside upper eyelid that's the problem and not the eye, he quickly sat back down, gave the eyelid a quick once over and then repeated his findings. This time, after listing his credentials again, he had to gall to tell us that he's happy to refer us to a different eye specialist, who happens to be asian and "may be more familiar with the asian eye." We were shocked. I have a recording of the latter part of the encounter right which I am happy to provide to anyone for proof. Long story short, "Doctor" Brady is the most arrogant and condescending doctor that I have ever met. Even worse, is the fact that he seems to not really care about his patients, neglecting, intentionally or not, to ask them what is the problem. However, It could just be that my fiancee didn't have "white eyes".

I had cataract surgery with Dr. Brady along with another procedure at the same time. He is honestly the best in his field. You can't find a more experienced and skilled doctor. I wouldn't ever go to anyone else. Besides all of this he is funny. It doesn't get better. He's been dealing with my fuchs, angle closure and cataracts. I can't say enough. Don't walk...RUN away as fast as you can!!! Wish I didn't have to give a star at all...deserves minus one! If you want arrogance, sub-standard explaination of procedures, wrong lens go here. The combination of reviews of Ree S and Richard P was my experience. All I can say is that you should do due diligence before making an appointment. That was my mistake; don't make it yours.
