I was very nervous receiving acupuncture for my first time until I meet with Yelena. She is very personable and professional which helped make me much more comfortable during the process. She was very thorough and inquisitive during the initial consultation. It is obvious she views treatments in a holistic manner rather than just addressing symptoms. I am a 60-year-old male veteran with PTSD and several emotional issues going on at the moment and including many physical ailments. I got a referral from my primary care doctor at the VA and there was a listing of five acupuncturist and I was wanting to go to a different one but Tri West Insurance connected me with Yelena and I am grateful because Yelena is a healer And she has good intuition and experience in quite a few modalities.
