Adrienne Heckler's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Heckler performed surgery, along with pre-op and post-op care. The time and concern she provided before and after surgery - addressing my unique issues and questions - made my experience as positive as it could possibly have been. She has a knowledgeable and experienced perspective and addresses issues directly - but with compassion and empathy. Could not recommend her more highly.

I was extremely nervous and apprehensive before going into my appointment due to the nature of the issue and Dr. Heckler did a great job of explaining to me what was going on with my issue and had an excellent bedside manner that included appropriate humor to break the mood. She did an amazing job on my surgery and i feel great and well cared for. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a Urologist in the Vancouver, WA area. Great personality, professional and wonderful doctor.

Vasectomy. Heckler was upfront, honest and friendly. If Heckler was a general doctor, I would use her for everything. I will use Heckler for all urology needs. The consultation: Heckler was on time and quick. The procedure was gone over and all of my questions were answered. The vasectomy: I was prepped by the assistant, we talked about kids… it was not as weird as I thought it would be. The assistant left and Heckler came in within a minute. Heckler asked about pain or any feeling during the procedure. Heckler added more local when I felt the slightest pull on the right side. Heckler let me know what was going on throughout the procedure. When done, I was given instructions, a bag if aftercare and left to dress and exit.

She is the most unfriendly, doctor I have ever been to, her bedside manner is awful! She talks at you not with you and is quite rude. Dr Heckler hasn’t even bothered to followed up with me regarding tests she ordered. I DO NOT recommend her, I will be finding another urologist if needed.

I had a great experience with Dr. Heckler. I was very nervous to have a Vasectomy done. She was patient, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. I've recommended her to friends and they've had similar experiences. Highly recommended!

Didn't follow up with me after putting a stent that will have to be removed by someone else. Didn't care whether I was in pain or with the right medication. A truly nasty individual.

This MD assaulted my disabled husband during prostate exam. He is severely traumatized and couldn't walk for a while after it happened. Vancouver Clinic dismissed my complaint and it took countless appointments to treat what she have done ( 8 months to heal the fistula she created by ramming her finger aggressively in and out)+ the health problem that we initially scheduled to see a doctor for. Stay away from that MD as it seems that she picks and chooses who to treat and who to damage. My disabled husband might never recover psychologically from this assault and he is not trusting urologists much after the visit with Adrienne Heckler.

This doctor injured my husband and refused him care, after complaint was filed she took 0% responsibility for her action. My husband has severe neurological dusability and this injury could kill him.
