The doctors at Advanced Acupunture are the absolute best. Dr. Nikki is amazing. Her knowledge of Chinese Medicine and acupuncture is phenominal. Everyone in the office is caring and actually listens to you. Not like regular doctors that push pills and wisk you out of the office. I don't go to a regular western doctor anymore. Give Advanced Acupuncture a try you will be happy you did.

I have had tremendous healing since receiving acupuncture at Advanced Acupuncture. Each of the acupuncturists has a special quality of their own.

They are good at what they do. That said you really should inform people that you charge a fee to run their cards. That does take away their power to choose to otherwise be frugal and pay cash. ***Update also be aware of the double standard. I was a few minutes late to an appointment but they "couldn't take me because the provider needs the full amount of time to properly service me" yet the last few appointments that I have gone to and been early to I still ended up waiting 20mins past my appointment times for them to come provide services. Believe me, I am not this petty, but clearly there is no mutual respect. They are truly good at what they do, but things like this will bother you if it matters.

The staff and providers at this office are first rate! Sherene went above and beyond to assist with insurance issues and to get me on the schedule when it was near next to impossible, she’s an angel. Dr. Kleckler and Dr. Megalchy are incredible practitioners who have your best interest at heart. They are very busy, but there’s good reason for it. So glad I found them through a friend’s referral. My introduction to Dr. Nikki was in 2006 - a naturopath recommended trying acupuncture for prolapsed bladder. So the search was on through the listings in the telephone book. I felt so very fortunate from the first call and visit to the office. I was also in severe leg pain from Cipro (prescribed by an MD). Her treatment brought me instant relief. I have been a patient for 15 years. She is kind, thoughtful, caring, compassionate, witty and so very knowledgeable. I respect her highly for her expertise. I am always asking many questions and receive careful explanations, thus I have learned so much about my body and health from her care. (At home, I frequently check my tongue in the a.m. - reference to other reviews) At age 79 - on no medications, except occasional herbs or dietary suggestions - of course, I do have a few 'senior' aches and issues; however, my hope is Dr. Nikki doesn't retire too soon - as I need my regular tune-ups from my doctor and good friend - Dr. Nikki!!!!!

After years of knee and back pain, I was referred to Advanced Acupuncture. From day one the care and compassion for what I was experiencing, was quite impressive. The praciticioners and staff are magnificent and have been extreemly attentative to my changing needs, in terms of chasing points of pain ad discomfort. This is my third year of treatments, and I've looked forward to each one. Afterwords, feeling far better than when I stepped foot in the door. This office has some of the most body intuitive practicioners ive ever encountered. The staff is a pleasure to wok with in every way, assisting with scheduling and adjustment. I value the kindness each of them have shown. Advanced Acupuncture thank you, for all you do. I won't go anywhere else for my care.

Following a car accident earlier this year, I was willing to try anything to allow Kate the back and arm I was suffering from. I was skeptical when I started acupuncture at Advanced Acupuncture, but it’s turned out to be the best decision I could have made. Everyone here, from the front desk to the billing department, to the providers have been incredible professional and compassionate during my treatment. They worked tirelessly to find appointments and work with insurance to take care of my treatments. While my back cleared up pretty easily, the pain I had in my elbow lingered. Nikki Medghalchy took the time to find a solution and treatment plan that took care of it, which has been amazing. Now that I’m wrapping up the treatment for my accident, I’m excited to see what regular visits can do for my overall health. If you’ve ever thought about trying acupuncture, don’t wait!

The providers are great (5 Stars), but the front staff (1 star) made it challenging to make an appointment. My review really reaffirms what Paulina K. was said below. Front staff didn't seem to be strong communicators or too knowledgeable with Moda insurance as they had misquoted me (according to my insurance). Big difference from 30% pt. resp. and $25 copay. Or maybe not -- I never knew because they never gave me an answer. Edit: After talking with Shirin, she said she had taken down my phone number wrong from the secretary rather than pulling it from my record. Explains quite a bit, but still had the feeling that she was trying to gaslight me into thinking the communication issues on their end were my fault. From the classic quote from Shark Tank: "And for that reason, I'm out".
