I cannot say enough good things about Aspire Behavioral Health and my Therapist, Michelle. I tend to be very picky about who I will open up to, and even then, it can take me a while. The first time I met with her I felt at ease, so much so that I was able to work on anxieties and past issues that I never intended to address. Michelle is very accepting, non-judgmental and truly wants to help her patients, and it shows.

My counselor, Michelle, has helped me redefine my way of thinking negatively and has given me great ways for me to put into practice loving myself again.
