List of Barbara Beale Lac's Reviews
This office is fantastic! The front desk, acupuncturists, LMTs, and chiropractors are all exceptional. I have been seeing Dr. Kari Johnston for several years and her care and attention to detail is unmatched. Highly recommend visiting TriNatural.
I absolutely love Trinatural healthcare! I have a patient here for over 12 years and love the quality of care from all of the providers. The office is warm and inviting and I can't recommend them enough.
Horrible experience. I was on my way and there was a car crash on the freeway. This car crash greatly backed up traffic. I called Trinatural and told them as soon as I knew that this was a possibility. They told me to keep driving and they would switch places with me with the next customer. I was in great pain (of which they were aware) so I said ok and kept driving in the traffic. 15 minutes later they called me and told me to forget about my appointment, they were cancelling it. They didn't care that I had already been driving over an hour to get there and that I was in great pain and had already waited a week for this appointment. They knew being late wasn't my fault but THEY DID NOT CARE. They said I could try coming in the next day. That was their solution. I was literally 5 minutes away when they cancelled me. They did not try to help me in any way. ie Make a call and ask someone else to come in a few minutes later. Such an uncaring business. Horrible painful experience at this business.
You lay on that table in a fugue state with needles sticking up out of your back like antenna picking messages from the cosmos and your mind drifts along in a kind of profound lazy flow. It stops briefly in an eddy about childhood memories and finding one’s voice and then meanders on to that time when you got hurt as youth and how that relates to the current pain in your back. It all feels random but directed, like a river, all flowing more or less in the right direction, gravity and the acupuncturist pointing you towards the sea. And what does all that mean? It means that someone sticks needles in your back (or wherever) and gives you time to sit with it for awhile and things, including that miserable chronic pain in the left side of your upper back seem to resolve themselves and you find some semblance of balance… and what a gift that is! Barbara is one of those people who are completely competent and comfortable in what they do. Completely willing to meet you on the level of healing you need. Not a lot of fuss. She’s paying attention, she knows what’s she’s doing, she’s confident in her skin. I suppose all this is different for everyone. For me it’s all a mystery. A metaphor, and a science, and an art, and maybe some magic, but in the final analysis, I’m a Show Me kind of person. At the end, I want clear results and beyond the psychic benefits that I may or may not have imagined, my back feels better.
I love Dr. Kamala!! She's so thorough and really understands your body by trying different kinds of treatment. I really like being able to use the roller bed with heat also. The icing on the cake! I switched to her and am not leaving!
Kari and company are great! Only kibble is that messages are too popular-need to schedule out a month for evenings and weekends
BEST chiro and massage care ever!!!!!!! I see them regularly; everyone so personable; all the MTs I have ever seen--everyone of them has given a first rate massage.
Slept horribly wrong on my neck and ended up at TriNatural Healthcare, which is just up the street from my house - super convenient. Upon arriving I noticed how adorably decorated the waiting area was, and how friendly the ladies working at the front desk were. I was able to get a same day appointment since my neck was so messed up, which was really awesome. I was scheduled with one of the newer chiropractors there, but I can't remember his name. Very friendly and really good...I felt way better when I was done! The best part of TriNatural is they don't make you take x-rays, come back the next day, and set you up on some ridiculous payment plan like a lot of other chiros - I so appreciated that about this place because I was miserable in pain. I would definitely recommend this place. If my insurance paid for massages, it seems like a good place for an LMT as well, but unfortunately I can't do that. :)
We've done it all here- acupuncture, massage, and adjustments- and I can't say enough good things about this place! We absolutely love them. From the level of care and knowledge, to the friendly staff. We're big fans and will continue to return (we actually come more than we probably need to because we just love the people so much ). I've gone here my whole third trimester of pregnancy and feel great. Pregnant mamas, you're in good hands! Also, they do a deal for same day massages! So if you're wanting a last min massage, call in and see if they have any openings that day and you get a great deal!
After my regular LMT moved away to Hawaii, I was left abandoned searching for a great LMT that also accepts Kaiser insurance. After a quick Yelp search for "Kaiser massage," TriNatural popped up and they luckily have two Kaiser-affiliated therapists! I've been seeing Ashley for a few months now, and I couldn't be happier to find my new "person." We mainly focus on upper body only, as I have a 10-hour-a-day desk job that does a number on my shoulders/neck. Ashley has the perfect mix of pressure and relaxation to really loosen up my tight muscles and leave me feeling so much better when I leave. Highly recommended!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
