Wonderful personal manner and great listening skills. Very knowledgeable and thorough. And, i really do thank him for his expertise at giving a mostly painfree cortisone injection!

He over talked me , did not listen. I had to ask him at the end of the visit if I could talk now. I’ve been in twice for debilitating knee pain, he did x-rays and said I had very little arthritis, OK Great!!! Now what? An MRI? No, that would be a waste of time. The first visit he said I pulled a muscle and sent me home with exercises which put me in bed with ice packs. The second time he said my back was causing my knee pain and to go see a spine specialist. What? No referral, no follow up. I feel like a hypochondriac liar.

Went to see him about hip and knee pain. However, instead of conversing with my client, he talked and almost yelled at times at my client. Would continue to suggest routes that have already been taken, however, client is not able to do as the shots that he was adamant about would end up causing bs problems. He ultimately referred to another ortho. When discussing the need for replacements he felt that it was to dangerous, however, his other option are equally as perilous as confirmed by another doctor. Feel like he didn't listen at all to what was being said, and very dead set on a particular treatment.

Abrupt, rude, and not thorough. Makes you feel like you are wasting his time. He listed things in the after visit report that were not done or discussed. This is not a doctor that I can trust or visit again.

Very poor bedside manner. Didn’t listen to a thing I had to say, so he had no idea what was going on. Horrible experience.

I've been having hip pain for about 3 years that comes and goes. Was referred to Dr Williams by my GP. I was nervous about what he might tell me. But, he was very thorough, explained all of my options, gave all the information I needed. I was very pleased!

His manner was short,sharp. I don't recall him sitting down & taking the time to explain the procedure. He came into the room and asked what I needed. I said I need a total knee replacement. His response was odd. "Ok, then, let's get you scheduled." I suppose he'd read the MRI before coming into the room, but any surgeon should sit down for at least a few minutes & listen, talk patiently. I doubt my appt time was more than 5 minutes. I did make an appt for surgery but got to thinking about his manner and cancelled it. I wanted a competent & Nice, Kind surgeon.

Dr. Williams cares for my 87 year-old aunt. She has debilitating painful arthritis and I wanted to share how wonderful he treated her. While she is not a candidate for surgery at this stage of her life, Dr Williams worked with us to improve her mobility and quality of life. He listened, was patient, caring and provided us with effective treatment options. He is sweet and kind and we highly recommend him!
