Absolutely pointless!!! They don’t do anything, my appt was 5 mins long and she said “ohh just take Sudafed” and sent me on my way. They don’t actually want to fix it, called and spoke to the office after an atrocious bill and they said “well it’s because you are a new patient” so I paid $350 for them to do absolutely nothing. Go literallly anywhere but here!

Cookbook doctors with no insight, no knowledge of the literature, no criticial thinking, in our case. Could easily be replaced with a 100-line Python script "AI".

horrible. they don't take care of patients they don't call you back when you call. they only looked at my tonsils one time my whole visit. they told me my tonsils were bad but still took only a strep throat test that was negative. after i got tested i haven't gone to the place again found a new ENT that I was able to go to without a referral.
