It would be difficult to find a better doctor. My wife and I are in our 90's. We have lived in various parts of the United States and in Japan.. We have had experience with a large number of physicians. Dr. Pokharel stands at the head of our list. He is competent. He is kind and friendly. He takes a personal interest in his patients. He listens carefully to patients, and treats them with respect. He is everything one would wish for in a physician, and more.

Dr. Pokharel has been my mother's doctor for almost five years. There are many things my mother and I appreciate about him. Dr. Pokharel is an excellent listener. He takes the time to understand our concerns and respond to all of our questions. We have complete confidence in his knowledge and skills. We're especially grateful for Dr. Pokharel’s friendly and kind manner. He really does care about his patients. We highly recommend Dr. Pokharel to anyone in need of a cardiologist.

Dr. Pokharel is an excellent, caring doctor. He has been my doctor for about five years. He is very attentive about keeping a close eye on my heart health. He recently referred me to have a TAVR procedure which went very well. I feel very confident that I am receiving the best of care. He has been a good listener and takes time to answer my questions and explain things to me.

He is a great listener and I felt like I was able to communicate with him. I have changed my life after seeing him. I am more aware of what I eat and that I exercise as much as I can. He has really helped me lower my blood pressure and cholesterol with little medications. Strongly recommend.

Dr. DIPESH POKHAREL had more to say about nutrition than anything cardiovascular. onbviously these can go hand in hand, but considering he does not appear to have any kind of background in nutrition, the patronizing comments and assumptions he made about what i just HAD to be eating to be at the weight i am, made the visit all around unpleasant. Has licensing in internal medicine, cardiology, some specialty cardio implants and ...a degree in chemical engineering. found nothing about nutrition in anything i've read about him, which leads me to believe he was basing much of his seemingly biased assumptions on personal lifestyle/opinion...which is not scientific nor is it good medicine.
