I would like to hear from others who have had the hair removal treatments from Gena to hear their long-term results. Did they actually see their infected hair eradicated? While I agree Gena is quite charming and professional in demeanor, for me the results were unsatisfactory. I was on a six- session treatment regimen.After four sessions, Gene guaranteed that she would continue to treat me until all the hair was gone for good, even if it took more than six sessions. However when I tried to call for my next appointment, she never answered or responded to my messages. I can only assume that Gena makes promises but doesn't keep them. I'm also very skeptical about the effectiveness of laser hair removal.

I went in for a photo facial then a hydrafacial. Gena is exceptionally knowledgable and answered so many questions I had about various skin care products. I will definitely go back.

Ok, so this was my first time getting a laser hair removal procedure. I initially did not have a warm fuzzy feeling, some of that was my nerves. I met Gena which is the owner and after talking with her, I felt good about getting the hair on my back removed. Granted it is expensive but no more than other place, I checked. I was suppose to go for about 8 treatments, but because my hair removal is going well, Gena asked if I had any other area I wanted touched up. She could have continued with her process and I would never had been the wiser. Gena is honest and has integrity, so for that reason I would highly recommend Elite laser spa.

In my quest for finding local laser hair removal, this was one of the companies I called. I have to say that while their website is attractive, not much else is. I called 3 times and sent email inquiries. NO ONE returned my call or query. This was over the course of a week. When I did get in touch, they were wanting me in the same day for a consult. They were very tense and spoke fast. They seemed reluctant to answer my barrage of questions and I did not make an appointment. I did find out from a friend who did a consult with them that they are structured much like Ideal Image, in fact, they could easily be sister companies. They have a 'pretty' consultant to sell you a plan, ding you for multiple sites or particularly troublesome areas and have their own financing and financing sites they send you to. They also push the "we can make you pretty" line. If I didn't have a good self esteem, I can see how it would be easy to be swayed by this technique. Like I said in another review, it reminded me of a used car dealership. I felt like I had to pry for information and that they really weren't concerned about my business or my well being. They just wanted to sell a product and make a profit. Speaking on the phone with them was enough. They didn't get a second chance to impress or earn my trust.
