I have used this office for years, I have always had mixed feelings and have had some negative and some good experiences. Yesterday, I tried to make an appointment on their webpage.It didn't work.It was really frustrating luckily a very nice person called me back and I was able to schedule an appointment for this morning. Unfortunately I was running a little late ten minutes to be exact, I didn't really think it would matter as I've sat in waiting rooms for exponentially longer but they canceled my appointment. They expect us to tolerate their tardiness and being left alone in exam rooms for extended periods but there's no grace on the customer's end.

I just can’t rave enough about how grateful I am to have found Dr. Boudreaux! Our family has seen her throughout the years for various reasons, from cosmetic, to regular skin checks, and a mysterious but scary bout of bumps my 7 year old developed all over both legs. She resolved those bumps, when our pediatrician could not, with a treatment that took time but was incredibly effective, inexpensive, and not painful at all for our little guy. And for all you ladies, after going a few places for minor cosmetic issues, and feeling pretty bad about myself after other providers were pushing botox and other expensive treatments and lasers, I feel confident that Dr Boudreaux offered the most efficient and cost effective solutions for all of my concerns. Her office and staff are also excellent to work with. She is honestly a treasure to have in Clark County!

Great experience, my provider was amazing. However, crazy that they won’t let you do a skin checks and address another issue without scheduling a second appointment. I get they want to be through, but why not have some longer appointments where people can have multiple concerns addressed.

Thank you so much Dr. Boudreaux for being so kind and tender with my painfully shy and awkward teenage boy. You didn’t miss a beat….kept it kind and professional. Teenagers can be a tricky species, especially while out in the wild in unfamiliar territory. Happy to be a new patient!
