The procedure is working well and seems to be effective so far. I have completed two of eight total treatments. The staff are friendly and professional. I appreciate the text reminders and flexibility for scheduling. Alisha was my technician and she works quickly to minimize discomfort during the procedure.

Great staff! I have ben to 5 offices and they have all bee excellent, but I hate their marketing tactics. Hair Removal is always advertised at 70 or 80% off. The original price is ridiculous! Just price it reasonably to begin with. I switched to Milan. They are not cheap, but they market appropriately and they will give you unlimited sessions. You can go until the hair is gone. Ideal Image gives you 8 sessions. Anything over, you pay extra for.

Everyone was so kind and helpful! Lailah and Stephanie were so wonderful and Rena was a great nurse practitioner who did a great treatment . Totally recommend !

Alisha is such a great provider. Helped give me many tips to help with my laser hair removal. Prior to having her i had a couple of other providers and my first appointment with her was probably about my 4th session on my process. I had such a great experiance with her i continues the rest of my treatments with her only. She was great in assuring me as to what to do. She was the first provider to help me out like giving me an icepack after my skin is welting from the laser. She always provided aloe for me post treatment and genuinely cared. I just finished up my last session for my bikini laser journey and am excited to book my next services requesting her as my provider going forward:)
