This doctor is a hack, He spent several months telling me my son just had colic and that is why he wouldnt eat and was always crying. Refused to look into anything just scheduled appointments to tell me the same thing and never did so much as an ultrasound to check which is all it took. Turned out my son had aggressive cancer that his negligence allowed to progress to stage 3, which only took 15 mins in the emergency room with an ultrasound to figure out, and if he want such a waste of space and did the BASIC FUNCTIONS of his job like was requested of him over and over it would have saved my son a lot of the misery of his first year of life. DO NOT bring your children to this doctor he does not give a crap about what you have to say he will just always assume he knows what is going on without looking. My child would have died if it had been left any longer but Dr Heid decided it wasnt worth 10 minutes to look into.

I love this doctor!! He has a sense of humor and isn’t like talking to a normal doctor. He cares about his patients and is very sincere! I just love him!! Never had a doctor like him before! I actually look forward to seeing him!

If you have state insurance, good luck getting an appointment. I've called in with pneumonia was told the office is at capacity and that is probably be sent to urgent care. I was told to wait for a call back to see if he could see me. Couple hours later I'm told to go to urgent care.

Dr. Heid has a very good personality, is professional, listened intently, using technology appropriately and followed up even after my visit with recommend treatments. Great doctor!

Very rude. Didn't want to listen to issues. Was more interested in looking at his laptop than doing an examination. Spent maybe 5 minutes in room.

He spent maybe 5 minutes with me. I have a history of ruptured cervical discs including a disc replacement and he wanted to ignore my muscle pain and weakness. When I asked for imaging to confirm his "diagnosis" he tried to have an MRI done knowing that I have an titanium disc in my neck.

Dr. Heid is absolutely phenomenal. His bedside manner is unmatched and he genuinely cares about all aspects of your health...physical, emotional, and spiritual. He takes the time to talk to you about every option for health treatment and makes sure you are completely comfortable. My husband and I both go to him, and because he does family medicine as well as OB/GYN, he will be able to deliver our future children and see them as patients as well. One stop shopping for all your healthcare needs as a woman! Can not recommend him enough.

Dr Heid is absolutely amazing !!! He cares deeply for his patients and it shows. Dr is great at listening to you and discussing what treatment options YOU are most comfortable with. Also he is extremely intelligent and knowledgeable.
