If you love your animal like a soul mate, then this is the person you want to be there when your animal transitions. He is so kind, so patient, and also very professional and capable. We hadn't lived here long when I had to let my dear canine friend pass, and I'm so glad to have had Dr. Brown's support. He answered my calls and called me back right away, even on a Sunday. He also called again to say that, in fact, he did have availability on the day I needed (which was a huge relief). I was back and forth on the matter, and he was wise and understanding. He has a gentle manner that put my dog and all of us at ease.

So incredibly kind and supportive for an in-home visit to help us say goodbye to our sweet kitty. He's the best!

Everything I wanted to say about Dr. Brown is already in the comments below from so many other people. I didn't think to look him up before we called him out for our dog, but from the first conversation we had; he was one of the most kind and compassionate listeners I have ever spoken to. I am so grateful to have been given his contact information.

Another well deserved 5 star review for Dr. Brown. Over several days he & I discussed the situation of my 11 year old Labrador who was dying from cancer. When my girl took a sudden turn for the worse I texted Dr. Brown. He was at my home in less than an hour on a Saturday morning.His demeanor is genuine and caring for both the patient and the guardians. I've been in medicine for 44 years. It's rare that I meet a physician who is as compassionate as Dr. Brown.If you need to euthanize your beloved pet and want to do it at home, call Dr. Brown.

Dr.Brown is a true angel he helped my Babygirl pass over on 4/21 and was so caring and considerate as I was hysterical. I say an angel because he has the true essence of an angel just plain and simple there is no other way to describe it. I barely remember what he looked like because as I said I was completely beside myself but the feeling emanating was that of a true angel.

I am eternally thankful for Dr. James Brown. He answered my phone call on a Sunday, and was very patient with me while I sobbed on the phone. Our senior cat was struggling and declining quickly, but we wanted her last moments to be calm and relaxing at home. Dr. Brown squeezed us into his busy schedule as early as he could. He was tactful and kind, and gave us a very clear idea of how the appointment would be done. He knew exactly what to say and didn't say too much. He gave us our time and privacy with our girl. He was safe and careful given the pandemic and social distancing.Now our girl is finally at peace, and we are so thankful that her last moments were able to be spent sitting in our laps, on her favorite blanket, eating her favorite snacks.Thank you so much Dr. Brown for making this possible for her and for us.

Dr. Brown came to our home to help our precious, beloved Sherman make his transition. The day came that I couldn't put the decision off any longer, I called Dr. Brown and he was able to come that day. When Dr. Brown arrived, as corny as it might sound, I seriously felt like an angel had been sent to us from the universe. He was gentle, kind, respectful, calm and compassionate. He explained every step and gave us the time and the space to be with Sherman in his final moments. I worried that maybe I waited too long to make the decision but his kind and sincere words made me feel like everything was as it should be. I highly recommend Dr. Brown and I'll always be grateful for his help during a very difficult process. My heart goes out to anyone reading this that is faced with losing a pet

Such a blessing this man is. Our experience is very much like the one Debbie I. expressed in her review; Dr. Brown could not have treated our Sadie (and us) with more respect, sensitivity and kindness in putting our wonderful dog to rest. He made a very sad situation easier by his gentle manner and quiet professionalism.

What a wonderful, compassionate man. Dr Brown guided us through the passing of our 14 yr old Westie with kindness, respect and tenderness. We cannot recommend him more highly.
