Very professional and knowledgeable about hearing and hearing aids. It’s been a long time since I was able to hear this well. I shave Oticon hearing aids that fit perfectly and provide clear sound.

I purchased hearing aids and found out and found I was charged almost $700 more than the provider the manufac turer recommeded. Besides that Peace Health charged me $300 restocking fee. No one esle does that ! I notified him 4 days after purchasing them. I was out of town and he did not respond until Monday 6 days later. I feel I was taken advantage of and Peace Health Price gouged me. He tried to tell me I would not get the save qualit y of service and that he had a doctorate in Audiology which in fact he has a BS from Portland State. He said I signed a contract and he was just an employee. What a racket hearing aids are. My insurance doesn't cover hearing aids but my tax dollars provide them to people on medicaid. The mark up must be incredible. Do not buy hearing aids without a free trial or a 100% warranty for 3 years and free replacements. Buyer beware Peace Health charges $350 per hearing for replacement on EACH hearing aid.

Joseph is the Best! He always acts like he has all the time in the world for me. He is friendly, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, helpful. He is my all time favorite Doctor! :)
